DOSAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Adults: Take 1 tablet per day with a meal or as directed by your health care practitioner. Some find it energizing so we suggest taking it with breakfast or lunch. You may chew, swallow or let the tablet dissolve in your mouth. The tablet may be cracked with the teeth to speed the dissolving of it .
